Good day, I wanted to say you had accidentally left out pages 54 and 55 from chapter 3 and pages 58 and 59 from chapter 4.

Thanks, I can manage without them for the present it seems, but it would be nice to have the whole thing, planning to post a review of it online when I’m done, since it seems pretty good so far.
Oh and I went through the whole book page by page to make sure those are the only missing parts. Thanks again for sharing this, I would have to pay an arm and a leg to get a copy myself.
